How do I start shipping with Package PR?
Simply sign up for an account, choose your shipping plan, and you'll receive a unique U.S. address for our warehouse. You can then start using this address for your U.S. online purchases.
What shipping plans do you offer?
We offer three plans: Standard Shipping ($29/month), Premium Express ($49/month), and Business ($99/month). Each plan includes different delivery timeframes, insurance coverage, and features tailored for Puerto Rican customers.
How do I track my packages?
Our user-friendly dashboard allows you to track all your packages in real-time. You'll receive notifications at each stage of the shipping process from receipt at our U.S. warehouse to delivery at your Puerto Rico address.
What happens if my package is lost or damaged?
All shipping plans include insurance coverage ranging from $100 to $1,000 per package depending on your plan. If your package is lost or damaged while in our care, please contact our customer support team immediately, and we'll help you file a claim for compensation.
