Shipping Policy

1. Shipping to Our Warehouse
When you sign up for a Package PR account, you will receive a unique U.S. address for our warehouse. You can use this address to ship items from any U.S. retailer or sender to our facility.
We accept packages from all major carriers, including USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL. There are no additional fees for receiving packages at our warehouse.
2. Shipping from Our Warehouse to Puerto Rico
When you're ready to ship your items from our warehouse to Puerto Rico, you can request shipping through your account dashboard. We offer several shipping options:
- Standard Shipping: 7-10 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 3-5 business days
- Priority Shipping: 1-2 business days
Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and shipping method selected. You can get an instant quote using our shipping calculator.
3. Shipping Restrictions
There are certain items that we cannot ship due to legal restrictions or carrier policies. These include but are not limited to:
- Hazardous materials
- Perishable items
- Illegal substances
- Firearms and ammunition
- Live animals
Please review our complete list of prohibited items before shipping to our warehouse.
4. Insurance and Liability
All shipments include basic insurance coverage up to $100. Additional insurance can be purchased during the shipping process.
Package PR is not liable for damages that occur during transit with the carrier. Claims for damaged items must be filed with the carrier according to their policies.
5. Tracking and Delivery
All shipments include tracking information that will be provided to you via email and available in your account dashboard.
For deliveries to Puerto Rico, a signature may be required upon delivery depending on the value of the shipment and the shipping method selected.
6. Delivery Times
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Many factors can affect delivery times, including customs processing, weather conditions, and carrier delays.
We strive to ensure that all shipments are processed and shipped as quickly as possible, but we cannot be held responsible for delays that are outside of our control.
7. International Shipping
While our primary service is shipping to Puerto Rico, we can also arrange shipping to other international destinations. Additional fees and restrictions may apply.
